Unreasonable expectations. Negotiated RM350 down to RM250 for a RM600 10inch mattress with spring , then complained about minor marks. Her budget was RM200. I even helped carry it to her car despite ‘self-pickup’ terms. Gave discount and extra labor in good faith, only to get 3 stars for premium item. Sellers beware: she will lowball and still find faults. Save yourself the headache.
