Wasn’t given a breakdown of the price just a screenshot that needs to be clicked before seeing that the SF from san juan to QC is 246 had a shipping from san juan on the same day that costs 148 pesos. I wasn’t asked if I wanted COD or what mode of payment I wanted. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL 60 PESOS FOR COD MODE OF PAYMENT.

Sorry to hear this but we had sent you the breakdown, you just didn’t open it, you said it yourself. It was in our convo, I encircled your total SF. Your issue was with Lalamove not with us. We even offered you to refund your 100 pesos (airpods case) but you refused. We asked you if you want to pay through Gcash but you didn’t answer. Everybody knows the PURCHASE SERVICE menu in Lalamove anyway. God bless
