One of my worst experience ever. Very unresponsive and irresponsible. Made an offer, reserved it for him specially but still uncontactable despite me trying to accommodate as much as possible. Whole period lasted for a month and he unresponsive for more than 2 weeks. Had to turn down numerous better offers bcos of this guy. Sellers/buyers beware this guy prob there to just waste ur time and play/act along only. .
