Reserved item for buyer for 5 days but he/she didn't reply to my msg and update me when he/she is coming. I've lost my potential buyer who can collect item immediately because of this buyer. Dissapointed much.

First accepted my offer, then delayed with nonsense messages. Then he said he was at the agreed meet up point without ever having said he was ready to meet or agreeing on a time. We spoke on the phone and he said he was at a different place so he would send a friend to pick up the tickets. Then he wrote back and said he didn't need the tickets any more. This was the afternoon before the event. I saw the one poor rating but decided to give home a chance. My bad!
