Cot looks high quality

Turns out the sliding mechanism is faulty, the plastic piece of the sliding thing is broken. But seller keep insisting it's my fault without offering any support or apologies. Also, this seller consider getting her husband to help lalamove move to the cot as such a big deal and demand I give good rating because of that. And it's not to protect the cot, but to protect her expensive staircase.

I would like to clarify on your review :- 1. Buyer didnt come personally to check the baby cot during collection- which we send a video to you just in case any issue to prove the baby cot in good condition- fully assemble. 2. You send a lalamove with 1 person to move a baby cot 25kg without coming personally. I called my husband with back condition to help carry but buyer didnt appreciate. 3. The buyer start blaming us when he received and send us a picture with dismantle door. Be fair to us.
