Above and beyond

Great communication

Bought the tickets to watch Lady Gaga a few days before the concert at original selling price! Seller was responsive, honest, patient and super friendly. She even went the extra mile to send me the concert song list. Such a breeze to deal with her. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The seats were awesome too, we had a blast! Thanks for the tickets!

Excellent lady! Was really accommodative even though she had to be away for overseas. I returned slightly late but she was still really understanding about it. The table skirting was really beautiful and definitely adds more glam to my dining table during my home solemnisation ceremony. Highly recommended to others! 😍😍

The point is that you were unresponsive and not that responsible. You should have informed earlier and not only to check and informed few days after receiving payment. It was meant to be a gift and needed it asap and in the end had to reorder from someone else FEW DAYS AFTER and waited again. Also whats the point of chasing for payment when you are so dam unresponsive and had to chase you couple of times to even receive an update.

slow delivery and got annoyed when carousell extended carousell-protection

redapple4 年前

I did mentioned when i will mail out items and you said ok to it, yet complaining now delivery is slow. My 2 other buyers who i mailed on same day received items in 2 days but you received so much later and not responsive when i check with you afew times if you had received. You even applied for refund of item which put my payment on hold. I have many good reviews from buyers who have totally no issues. It was such an unpleasant transaction with you
