Buyer reported watch strap damaged after one day. He had a battery put into the watch before the discovery. Not sure at which point the strap got damaged. Tried to claim battery cost of $45 without receipt. No issue with watch strap or watch when taking photos to post for sale. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and refunded his money AND he gets to keep a working watch. Wanted to but in the end did not assess the condition of claimed damage given low value item and time constraints.
