he told us a few ideas he wanted for his cover. told him he has to submit his own design, and he continued sending us quotes and asking us to design for him. we don't do designing, but bc he seemed v interested, we actually took time to design it. aft a few designs he finally confirmed the design he wanted. he asked if it was $11, we said it was $13.50 (stated in description) and he cancelled offer bc "it was too expensive". he should have read first instead of offering then wasting our time.
