Accusatory tone when item was mailed freshly laundered and in good condition. Otherwise prompt payment made on buyer end.

"Good condition” apparently means having pet fur all over the inside and outside of the cardigan, despite me specifically asking beforehand if there were any defects or issues. You probably checked the item with your eyes closed and didn’t notice all the fur? If this was the condition, it should have been honestly disclosed before the purchase. No wonder you’ve received bad reviews from previous buyers, honestly not surprised lol
