Client requested a quotation but wanted to pay only after the cleaning was completed. Due to previous non-payment case, we politely explained that advance payment was required to secure the discounted rate. Unfortunately, the client refused, became rude & aggressive & subsequently left negative reviews. We respect everyone’s decision but believe mutual respect & understanding should go both ways
