Buyer didn’t raise any issues upon receiving the item, which was in good condition when shipped. Buyer requested a price reduction, which I accommodated. Photos showed no damages. Buyer found internal damage after use and requested refund. Since this is second-hand sale with no refund policy, I can’t accept it. If any issues are found upon receive, plz contact me promptly. Thx for understanding.

Hello miss, You have ignored me, and I believe I was misled when you said the bag was brand new. Posting all of this makes me question your integrity. If this is truly how you want to conduct yourself, then I hope you have a good time. However, I wish that you experience being scammed by someone else, so you can understand how it feels. Ameen.
