Idk what happened. She reserved the item, i did constant payment reminder but she didn’t pay it.

ater the shipment of the item, we asked for a screenshot of the payment since buyer claims to have paid for it already. despite constant follow ups, we have been very patient enough to ask for the screenshot because nothing comes up on the bpi acc for mop, but buyer still can’t provide the screenshot. online but doesn’t reply, so we will take this to carousell’s customer service. goodluck sis.
