Hope that this won’t happen to other buyer again. We didn’t get the bed frame at last despite two visits of the seller’s house.

No mention of the broken wooden bar before our two times visit of the condo. I have capture screen of her mentioned that the frame is without defect. But then the frame got one broken bar when my husband arrived. She just lied and asked my hubby to take it as she claimed that she informed me. She lied that I agree. Apparently during her move, others broke her frame. We found that before we pay.

Untrue. Buyer arrived and decided it wasn’t suitable as minor repairs were needed (pointed out by me during the visit). That’s their decision and that’s ok with me. However it was not broken or I wouldn’t sell it. The structure and stability of the bed isn’t in question, but rather an aesthetic fix that could’ve been easily rectified with 2 screws. For a bed that cost over $3k and selling at $350 it’s easily fixed as I even offered my carpenter’s contact to her husband on that day if needed.
