Above and beyond

Despite not initially being there when I travelled to pick up the microwave, the seller sent it via delivery the next day at his own cost and was very communicative so it definitely made up for any issue and we are happy with the product :)

not so good experience only due to miscommunication,buyer offered I accepted but then he never replied

Here are the facts: 8.15am I made offer what she asked 8.23am she accepted 8.30am we had arranged the pick up details as follows 6pm she will bring item downstairs. I'll be in touch for more details I got her paynow number. 5.30pm she texted me if I was coming 6.30pm she said she had another offer. 8.15: my lalamove driver arrived it was sold. Perhaps carousel should remove this thread once she hit item accepted offer?
