Item wasn’t really as described in title, after trying to sell it, turns out it was a mini 1st gen and not a mini 2, everything else worked as described

As stated clearly in item description, ipad mini software cannot be upgraded. IOS version in the set is only 9.3.5 as shown in photo. Seller already reminded buyer before the deal and during meet up. Seller was not even aware that ipad mini is first gen as it was bought more than 10 years ago. Buyer only informed seller that ipad mini is first gen after using it for 2 weeks. Seller offer to give buyer a full refund. However buyer can only return the ipad to seller more than 2 months later.
