After agreeing upon mutual location and price buyer spent two days asking multiple questions and changing mind on agreed upon location to meet up. I provided buyer with alternatives such as postage, bus routes and directions to agreed upon location. Again after agreement was made, buyer continued to change mind about meet up location and times and eventually failed to follow through with agreed upon terms.
