MISREPRESENTATIONS (1) listed as “like new, worn once” but LOOKS WELL USED and was not waterproof when I sprinkled water. She says worn once. But after asking again she said she bought it on Carousell as a second hand too (2) listed as $250 size XS. But actually it’s a kids size L which is RRP $170 as compared to a women RRP $340. Listing did not mention that it’s kids L.

Claims of being well-used and the wrong size are unfounded given she collected in person and inspected the jacket thoroughly before making payment.She could have declined to purchase if it did not meet her standards. Out of goodwill I did allow her to return the jacket on condition she paid for dry cleaning, but she refused.she should take up her complaint regarding waterproof ability with the manufacturer since there was no representation made on my end regarding its waterproof ability.
