Buyer backed out of deal after having reserved item for him for a week. Got to say I was pretty disappointed with his credibility. That said, minor props to him for having apologised for his actions hence a 'neutral' feedback instead of a 'negative' one. Hope that he won't repeat the same to other sellers looking forward.
