Scammer Recieved item and send it to some other account and claim that item is not recieved Not replying messages when im trying to work things out for both parties

this seller is very rude and uses vulgar language against me.He changed the time we are suppose to meet from 3 to 3.15 and blame me for being a troller when i didnt reach at 3.I lived in yio chu kang and i went to hougang to meet at his convenience and yet he rejected the deal at the last moment.This trip made me waste a lot of time.This dealer is highly not recomended to deal with.

Horrible seller that only put lies. Offered 50 at first and then asked for lower which I said no cause its fixed at 50 then he said nvm but left negative feedback saying that I tried to threaten him with negative comment? I didn't even left anything and you said such lies. Horrible carouseller. No use dealing with him, cheapskate.
