I travelled to seller’s place of convenience and 2 hours before confirmed that we were meeting. When I reached she said she was in a meeting and she didn’t know what time it would end but did not tell me beforehand. In our messages, she did not tell me if she was going to come or not, which led me to wait there for 20 minutes. I offered to go to her block or her doorstep, but she didn’t respond.

We rescheduled to meet again, and this time seller still did not reply to messages. A week has passed since then with no reply or follow up.
