BAD. Officially Offered, Officially Accepted, then later BACKS OUT after all arrangements made, including meet up. Al'Cheapo unreliable character. AVOID. I re-iterate that Official Offer was made and Accepted. BUYER BACKED OUT. That in Carousell Terms constitutes a Confirmation to BUY. Didn't even had the decency to inform change of mind. Utterly IRRESPONSIBLE. AVOID like the Plague! No misunderstanding, just plain Bad etiquette.
Totally miss understood the meet up was not confirm to purchase your iPad address was given but there no confirmations of time to purchase and view
