Phone shut down itself and permanently on resetting mode since the month I purchased. I sent it to repair shop, couldn’t fix. Not sure if this issue already existed with the seller before my purchase, so I put my feedback as neutral.

Bro, I have no idea what happen after the deal that happens 47wks ago. But I give you the assurance back then and give you the privilege to test out the functions of my iPhone 5S and even allowed you to login to your iCloud to test, you did. And you just change the feedback 4weeks ago in Mar 2018. I don’t know your intention for holding up so long yet did not seek my advice. I will not amend my positive feedback on yours. But if this is not my problem, please don’t make it mine.
