Thank you. The seller responded promptly and was able to make the transaction happen as quickly as possible. Moreover, the product is exactly the same as what was posted.

Unfortunately the product was a suspicious one. It was a phone owned by a corporate and was forced to be factory-reset every two hours - basically it’s unusable. The seller dodged the questions and only responded with “she was just helping her friend to sell and did not know anything”, and later on even gave up responding. This is the most disappointing experience thus far in Carousell.
2 年前（已編輯）As I mentioned, I explicitly explained it is for my friend and there is a factory reset needed. I am not a phone expert and I never use any mobile devices except iPhones. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to bear the risk especially I have stated it and you said you will take a look after receiving the phone, instead of crying like a little baby about this $900 phone. We were standing at Wan Chai station and you have checked the phone before leaving.
