It might just be worth it to earn a negative feedback if the other party do require one. My bad for selling a defective item, and my bad for not noticing those scratches that weren't even visible to me. If the defect mattered, you shouldn't even have chose to meet up in the first place. I'm the seller but I didn't force you to buy, customers ain't always right.
