Betrayer and betrayed me for 2 years

not sincere buyer at all.just a time waster.say will mail the item but then MIA.finally reply then say 'oh,haven't mail'will mail nxt week.many ppl wanted to purchase the item from me.reserved for 1 month.i requested for a video proof but say cannot only picture.send me picture.i waited for the mail.it has been 2-3 weeks,until now nv receive.just checked the picture, realized it was JUST A BLUE PIECE O PAPER.what a joke.DONT WANT BUY DONT OFFER.TIMEWASTER.
