Firstly, thank u for the seller for the discount and prompt reply. Sent a text of the items listed to seller for confirmation and she said ok. However I missed out listing the coffee table and they did not allow my transporter (which I had to pay him) to collect the table as listed in the pic. In the end, I had to get a friend to collect on my behalf. It really inconvenienced us and seller did not offer any apologies.

Lynn, Thanks for your 🙃feedback. As mentioned, my helper is not wrong to issue the items listed per your msg that I had shared with her, while I need to work during time of collection. Moreover, your transporter should have call U while collecting, so additional trip can be avoided. Remember, I confirmed that coffee table is included once u called me, which u have missed out indicating in your listing. After, I also follow up with u to collect at your convenience. Sorry for e miscommunicate.
