For clarity: Buyer repeatedly contacted me outside Carousell (Viber) and sent excessive messages + demands (video, etc.) after payment. Item was already placed at the concierge for pickup and paperwork was complete. I set a boundary: Carousell messages only, no additional requests. Buyer continued pushing and guilt-tripping, so I blocked for safety/peace of mind. Transaction was fulfilled; the issue was buyer’s behavior.
