[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is not working.

buyer agreed to bring exact amount $6 upon meetup. however when we met up, claims that he only has either $5 or $50 (sort of pushing me to just accept the $5 for his purchase). I ask if he has any bank transferred he said no, subsequently took $10 out which I didn't have change for. eventually he suddenly has paylah to transfer the amount to me unhappily? won't deal with him again

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PERSON. very rude. slow replies. made me wait 40 mins. Most of all. HE SOLD ME A FAULTY DESKTOP. YES FAULTY. Not responding later. Told me it was 3 years old but found out it was actully 6 yeras old. I lost my money and time. Now you decide to deal with him or not.
