Totally unreliable buyer beware. Made offer and agreed to confirm time of pick up last Friday, 10th Feb but didn’t bother to respond or confirm.

Buyer seems super affected by the 1* rating, accusing me of damaging her business. Facts: she made an offer; asked me to meet her in northpoint but told her can’t as I advertised for SYP; she said she’ll confirm with me on Thursday; didn’t respond in spite of reading messages; expects people to know her baby is sick, husband wants matching curtains etc etc without responding to messages? Hmmm…
