im sorry to say this but as it was a gift i was unable to check the item for defects until my friend opened it and we found many defects on the bag and it was pretty disappointing considering i paid $20++ and yet i received a bag with defects. the sling had a few tears and the printing of the "kate spade new york" was unclear and looked like it had been scratched. i do not expect a refund or an exchange but i wld just like to tell you to send clearer pics in the future to ensure no defects :)

Thanks for the feedback :)The packaging can actually be open to check for defects as it can be resealed using scotchtape like how I did it. And I've asked you to do a check when you received the item but you didn't. For the rl picture wise, if you zoom in, you can see the exact state of print. Also, you are really late on the day of meet up altho you told me if I can't wait then I can head back first. But it would be a wasted trip if I head back since I've alr travelled so far for this meet up.
