Hi, I’m following up regarding the jacket I purchased. It has now been two weeks without a response. As a reminder, the listing stated the item was in '10/10 condition' with specific measurements. However, upon arrival, the jacket has noticeable stains and the sizing is significantly smaller and inaccurate compared to what was advertised. Please let me know how we can resolve this matter.
