Shoe have been kept for 1yr 3 months as per receipt. Seller doesn't have the courtesy to be honest abt it. Condition of the shoe as per picture. Look at the left side of what I have pointed. And after informing, she don't have any solutions or alternatives. Was asked to put heavy stuffs on top of shoe. Seriously?

Buyer had opportunities to ask for additional information and inspect the condition of the shoes before purchasing. When she brought up this issue with me after, I tried to offer alternative solutions but none satisfied her. I could not offer her a full refund as I did not see a valid reason to— the negotiated price was fair in my opinion, and I did not purposely omit any information.
