buyer demanded refund after several days saying he doesn't like the noise coming from the air purifier. this is despite him being sent a video before the purchase, promptly delivering the item and him testing the item as well, the "noise" is the standard sound made by air purifiers and humidifiers, better not to deal
Untruthful review. Already stated in my review of you that it was my fault for not checking your video. I didn't demand for a refund and gave you feedback on the same day (not after some days). I didn't check the filter when you delivered (no electrical outlet outside)? Never mind lesson learnt some guys are just dishonest and I will be more careful going forward. Gave the filter away for free in the end but stated clearly this time to the buyer that it's defective (noise).
