The item was exactly as described, and he went the extra mile by personally delivering it without asking for any additional cost. Communication was smooth and straightforward throughout the transaction. He was punctual, accommodating, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone willing to put in that much effort just to make sure everything goes well.

Initial transaction was smooth. HOWEVER, after raising concern that the item is defective, the seller change significantly, the ITEM IS DEFECTIVE AND NEVER SAID SORRY FOR THE HASSLE. VERY RUDE SELLER. FIRST TIME I ENCOUNTER SUCH SELLER HERE IN CAROUSELL. BE CAREFUL TRANSACTING WITH THIS PERSON!!!

FYI, i insisted on replacing the item even before i watch the video that she sent to me so the issue can be settle immediately. I also told you to send me the defective item so i can test it myself and change it. I told you i was being careful as well as a seller because we never know but i never said or accused you for being a scammer:) you were the one who keeps on arguing with me and accuse me. Niyabangan mo pa ako. I insisted on replacing but you refused.
