1st x leaving a (-) feedback after years on Carousell. Seller’s primary photo of the listing was a different article from the item she was selling. She did not mention in her listing or messages. She admitted to using a different photo without mention afterwards but did not agree it was misleading and said it was my fault and refused a return/refund. Condition was also suspicious for worn 2x & hand washed, with fraying on >1 part & piling, also without mention in the listing & no apologies after

Item was only worn twice. Buyer did not ask for any details such as the length. For someone my height, it is a crop! ( as listed by the picture) The transaction was gone through as per conversation. Buyer made a lot of assumptions which she did not clarified before the deal was the final. From my point of view, i assumed everything will be fine.
