Bought 2 CNY tops for my kids. Was told purchase would arrived before CNY hence made the purchase. But did not receive the parcel at all. Asked for refund was told not able to do so. Not the best seller that I have come across. Will not purchase from seller again. A Very disappointed transaction.
Hi , have stated on notes that items are non refundable and non exchangeable. Update you of status of items whenever : items reached before CNY and has offered to meet up to pass to you. But you chose to have the waived normal mail. And wait for the parcel to reach you. Postage matters not within my control. Pic of parcel was also sent across after mailing. Seek understanding and patience of online purchase.

Bought a purple dress,Colour is actually teal instead of purple.Material is different from what is shown despite seller stating that it's 100% cotton.understand from seller's profile that item sold is unrefundable,exchangeable.In this case dress Colour & material looks totally different.Seller has simply refused 2 allow a refund or make a exchange. She has even deleted this item off from her selling list before I can even feedback.Had complaint 2 CASE as well so that future buyers can be aware
Great seller.Eventhough the items took quite a long to arrived, seller still asure me that I will received the items. But it worth waiting as the items quality is superb 👍👍👍& I cant wait to let my grandaugher to wear the dresses. Highly recommended 😊😊😊
