Apologies for delay in reply. Was very busy and didn’t open my carousell app. However this buyer accused me of not mailing the item out when I had photo & video proof. It does not mean that if I was slow to reply, I didn’t mail the item out. I do apologise for the anxiety caused though as I did not reply. However, Buyer insisted that i did not mail out EVEN AFTER I showed evidence of me mailing the item out because she opted for normal mail and it is ‘uncommon for her to have lost mails’.
