Unreasonable buyer. We completed a face-to-face transaction at a MTR station where the item was accepted. Later, the buyer demanded a 45% cash refund over minor panel aging/wear on a monitor that was already heavily discounted to HKD 350 and is fully functional at 144Hz. I politely offered a small token refund of HKD 30 to be nice, but they rejected it and resorted to threats of reporting.

講啲唔講啲，400折到350講到一折賣出咁😂 跟住45%cash refund 又係得啖笑最尾講話不如大家讓一步$50 我補返車錢算 50蚊點樣45% 😂 同埋face to face點check mon有冇死點或者烙印即刻拎部電腦同電線問地鐵職員可唔可以俾我插電制試Mon? 又係你話有check everything works perfectly and no issues at all 講真最尾我都廢事同你嘈直接搵客服搞掂去算數仲話我threats of reporting 😂😂 依家退唔退錢都唔緊要了啲錢留返俾你買補品補下眼因為發覺你成日眼大睇過龍啲重要嘢講啲唔講啲🙏🏻🙏🏻
