惡意買家。本人於 2025 年 9 月 8 日在 Carousell 平台出售一款二手藍牙耳機（Jabra Elite 7）予此買家。交易前，我已清楚向買家說明以下事項： - 耳機已使用約半年，具明顯使用痕跡； - 功能運作正常； - 可選擇面交，並當面檢查商品。然而，買家堅持以順豐速遞方式交易，並表示無需檢收，條件是我需提供包郵及減價優惠。基於此，我將原價 $350 降至 $280，並於當日安排順豐寄出。數日後，買家竟在 Carousell 平台投訴耳機有使用痕跡，並留下負評。更令人困擾的是，他取得我的電話號碼，並持續透過訊息騷擾我。此事件令我感到極度不公與困擾。商品狀況已事先說明，且買家自願放棄檢收權利。
