buyer made an offer after i accepted the offer no reply from buyer

I have to agree that this is the worst buyer I have encountered with very bizarre request and statements

Worst dealer ever :( hate to say this ! But made me travel for 1 hour with my goods and never turned up saying I changed my mind .. biggest disappointment to have such users on Carousell !!

Didnt settle on a date and tine to meetup and buyer left me a negative comment saying buyer did not turn up which didnt make sense because he is the buyer. Please do not expect me to be able to meet up at last min notice. I was out and didnt bring out item with me. Kindly suggested meeting up tmr but got no reply, instead ive got a negative feedback. What was that about??

Anyhow give negative feedbacks when don't know where I live!!
