We hired Kim as our BBQ chef for a birthday party, and she was fantastic. She arrived punctually, was well organised, and managed the grill effortlessly, allowing us to focus on our guests and enjoy the celebration. Kimberly is very punctual and professional. She get started almost immediately upon reaching the pit and came prepared with things like scissors and knife. Food bbq-ed beautifully by Kimberly. for steak, she'll even ask what degree of doneness do we want it to be, and it's just as we asked for, medium rare. we got plenty of comments from our family the food was cooked just right and delicious.

Chef Kim is extremely professional, from starting fire to cooking to helping to clean up the cooking area. it was perfect from end to end. she can cook everything very well from satay to seafood to steak = SWEE! THANK YOU KIM!!!
