Yes i know that second hand is not perfect. But i ask you if there’s any flaws. YOU SAID NO FLAWS, no damage. But you when the bag arrived it has damage. And when i ask you again. You said it’s normal because it’s second hand. There’s no issue for me to tell that truth. I like the style of the bag but the moment that you lie about no flaws is not ok. Thanks

2 年前（已編輯）The feel off of the product is inside. The plastic and the box are all good. So how can you blame the transportation. It’s ok you tell the truth that it has damage or flaws.
