Man, this pillow is never used and pack never opened, it is true that the plastic pack has stain, but inside pillow was never touched! The plastic cover has some stain because it is kept in my closet for months and got some clue inside cabinet. If you care about its plastic pack, i still have another same clean plastic pack. i invited you to come up my home and check my pillow under good light, but you didnt come up, all in all, pillow is 100% untouched, kindly take back your feedback

I really like the item, even I realize it is not 28 inch as I was looking for however, this size 26inch may fit me better :-)
