As we agreed the little coin bag selling won’t include any delivery fee. I’ve arranged meet-up for few times but the buyer very busy so he requested sending by mail. He then paid additional $4 for mailing. The coin bag was sent to buyer but the mailing fee is not enough, additional $2.2 needed. Then the buyer asked who responsible for the extra mailing fee, I told him that I will not bear any delivery fee as we agreed in very beginning, then he didn’t reply me anymore &leave this comment
