10-June Pls get your facts & sequence correct! U ignore my messages for so Long before replying to say your gal hospitalised hence no response. And it's me who requested for refund before u tell me the bicycle will come next wk, if I can't wait u can refund. I asked for refund again but till now not done. The address was given many weeks back at purchase. Did I give u my address again now? No!U want me to do a snapshot to show u the sequence? What u promise didn't happen again & again!

Sorry, I didn't ignore you for refund!!! I was the one whom say to refund if you wasn't able to wait. If you want a refund why you send me your address to deliver the item over. Thus you didn't even pay for the rest of the payment!

Seller took very long times to reply msg. And don't even ans call. She say courier was arrange on tues, yet I waited for nothing. Then she say on wed. Again to no avail. Finally item came on thurs. But the milk powder tin was opened and clearly been used before. Not 1.8kg as stated in posted. And not sure is it even safe for my kids to drink it. First time have a bad experience in carousell. Hope I'll never have to deal with such seller again.

The milk powder is sealed upon delivery. I did told you that the courier from qdelivery will contact you.I did divert my call and there's always someone to handle my calls. I am even open to those needies to give them at no cause or low cost in bundles and no complains. I guess it's a misunderstood. Had been dealing with distributor to get at low cost to help out needies. This time is only one tin,didn't expect it to be so urgent,only 2 days grace period.
