Very disappointed as the seller did not check item before posting. There are visible stain and spots, which can't be removed even after washing. I explained I was travelling and needed the item urgently. Hence, I asked for partial refund, but the seller demanded to return and refund instead. Seller did not apologize for the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very unpleasant encounter.

I understand you're disappointed that the dress arrived with stains. I did apologize for the inconvenience in the chat as I tried to find a solution. I previously offered to either clean the dress for you or provide a full refund if you returned it, or even pick it up myself for cleaning or return, all at my own expense. Unfortunately, none of those options worked for you. And lastly I truly wished you all the best with event.
