Dealt with her twice, the first time was really draggy but managed to meetup eventually after rescheduling a few times. This is the second time. She has been dragging the meetup for 3-4weeks, yet does not want to do postage. We are supposed to meet today (as suggested by her) but she stopped replying my msges and went MIA since last wk.
