Seller is a polite old aunty, but she will conceal the defects. She mentioned that the item is in good working condition. However, the defect was obvious during checking as one of the joints is not moving at all. I contacted her immediately to highlighted the defect and requested return but she refused to acknowledge the issue and ignore me totally. Please be careful when deal with her.

Please be respectful to all buyers. Low price is an excuse to conceal defects? Would you pay $50 to buy a junk The only thing I regret was not checking on the spot as seller face to face told me its in very good condition n I wrongly believe her. No clue how she calc 10% of the price. If anyone is interested may check whether the lamp original price truly matches S$500 claimed by her.

Please be respectful to all carousellers. As communicated, item is in working condition. You bought a WELL USED item at 10% of the price of a brand new item. If you want to nick-pick then the only way is to pay full price for a brand new item, which comes with limited warranty n possibly return policy provided you did not damage the item. I am not a merchant n item is not returnable once handed over. The same applies if I were to purchase an used item from Carousell.
